  The linear motor high-speed machining center is a high-precision,high-speed CNC machine tool that uses a linear motor as a drive source.It works based on the characteristics and principles of linear motors,which are explained in detail below.

  A linear motor is a special type of motor that differs from conventional rotary motors(e.g.,conventional rotary motors)in that the transforming motion of a linear motor is linear.It consists of a fixed part(stator)and a moving part(slider).The coil on the stator is energized to produce a magnetic field,which interacts with the magnets on the slider,thus generating a thrust force to drive the slider on a linear axis.

  The working principle of linear motor high-speed machining center is as follows:

  1.Control system:The control system controls parameters such as the moving trajectory,speed and acceleration of the linear motor table by means of a pre-programmed CNC program.These parameters are usually set and adjusted through the CNC system.

  2.linear motor stator:the stator of a linear motor high-speed machining center is usually mounted on the bed of the machine,and the coil on the stator generates a magnetic field by means of an electric current.

  3.Linear motor slider:The slider of a linear motor high-speed machining center is usually mounted on the table with magnets on the slider.When the coil on the stator is energized,a magnetic field is generated,which interacts with the magnets on the slider to generate thrust and drive the table to perform linear motion on the linear axis.

  4.Sensors:Linear motor high-speed machining centers are usually equipped with various sensors,such as position sensors and force sensors.They can real-time monitor and feedback linear motor position,speed,acceleration and cutting force and other parameters.

  5.Machining process:During the machining process,the current of the linear motor is adjusted by the control system to precisely control the motion of the table in different directions.The tool can be subjected to rotary motion by other drives,such as spindle motors.Driven by the linear motors,the table can move in a straight line along the X,Y and Z axes,realizing multi-axis,complex cutting and machining operations.

  The working principle of the linear motor high-speed machining center is based on the magnetic field interaction of the linear motors,which enables high-speed,high-precision cutting and machining through a precise control and feedback system.It has the advantages of fast response speed,good dynamic performance,high cutting accuracy,etc.It is widely used in aerospace,automotive manufacturing,mold processing and other fields.
